Our Story
Josiah McCracken has been in the water well industry for over 9 years. He started as a well pump technician in 2015, in Washington State, and has consistently worked his way to the top, becoming one of the most requested technicians in the DFW area. He and his wife have been married since 2016 and have 4 children together. They moved to Fort Worth in 2021 leaving everything behind to find the freedom that the great state of Texas has to offer. He loves what he does and is passionate about getting clients back into clean water. Starting his own company has been nothing short of a challenge, but God has led the way for the whole venture and he is confident this is what the Lord has planned for his future. ​

Caleb McCracken moved from the Pacific Northwest to the DFW area in 2021, following family in search of what God had in store for him. He quickly joined Josiah in the water well industry. In 2023, he met his beautiful wife here. They were married in 2024, and in 2025 they welcomed their first son! Caleb is a fast learner, and has jumped all in in order to become part of the top growing teams of well servicemen in the industry. ​
